Food-Safe Surface Treatment

All bamboo utensils undergo triple polishing and food-grade mineral oil treatment. This proprietary process creates naturally antibacterial surfaces while maintaining structural integrity from -20°C to 100°C, verified through boiling water and hot oil immersion tests.

Custom OEM Solutions

We offer custom-sized bamboo cutlery from 140mm to 170mm, available with branded laser engraving or FDA-approved stains. Our flexible production accommodates special requirements like rounded tips for airline safety or thickened handles for elderly users.
