Remove outer bamboo green (hard surface layer) and inner bamboo yellow (loose inner layer)
Plane down raised nodes to create smooth inner and outer surfaces
Control thickness after rough planing to 3.5-4.5mm (allowance for finishing)
Collected bamboo dust is compressed into biomass fuel—zero waste
Bamboo Forever employs two cutting methods based on blank specifications and product requirements:
Method A: Profiling Cut (for blanks approximately 37.5mm thick)

Soaking Tank Management:

Remove excess moisture, stabilize product dimensions, further eliminate microorganisms through high-temperature treatment, and transition the bamboo color from light yellow to a uniform beige.
Equipment: Hexagonal Rotary Polisher with Rubber Lining
Remove micro-burrs from edges for a smooth, rounded tactile feel, achieve a slight surface sheen to enhance both texture and visual appeal, and ensure softened edges with a non-abrasive feel.
Equipment: High-Frequency Hot Press with Custom Molds
Place the polished flat blanks of knives, forks, and spoons into the heated mold. Close the upper and lower molds under a temperature of 160-180°C and pressure of 8-12 MPa, holding for 15-30 seconds to soften the bamboo fibers and set them into a three-dimensional shape
The packaging process takes place in a Class 10,000 cleanroom. Products first undergo a rigorous final inspection before being efficiently packaged by automated equipment according to customer specifications, ensuring fully customized packaging solutions.
